Our rental kit provides all of the information you need about our wedding packages, rental fees, our preferred vendor list, and detailed information about our policies.
OMA has no venue-imposed curfew and no sound ordinances — your celebration ends when you’re ready. Standard packages include five event hours (typically 6–11 p.m.) plus two hours for setup from 4–6 p.m. and one hour for breakdown. Need more time? Additional hours are available. A complimentary rehearsal is available the day before.

We recommend booking your wedding at OMA at least one year in advance to secure your preferred date. However, we can accommodate shorter notice if the venue is available on your desired date. To book your wedding, please contact our Facility Rentals Coordinator.
Our venues are available for rent any day of the week after 4 pm and all day Monday.
You are welcome to bring outside vendors for most aspects of your wedding. However, we have a list of approved caterers available in our rental kit.
OMA provides an on-site event supervisor to handle building access, gallery timing, and vendor load-in, but we do not offer full wedding-planning services.
Because of the logistics of hosting events in a museum setting, we require that couples hire at least a professional day-of coordinator (or a full-service planner). Your coordinator manages timelines, décor, vendors, and guest flow so our team can focus on making sure the venue runs smoothly.
Absolutely! The City of Orlando Sculpture Plaza is popular for open-air ceremonies and receptions. Every outdoor booking includes an indoor backup (usually the Rotunda) at no extra cost, and you may rent tenting from a vendor for extra peace of mind.
