Celebrate the return of spring at the Orlando Museum of Art during Central Florida’s premier event, Art in Bloom, coming April 5-7, 2024!

Benefiting the Orlando Museum of Art

Enjoy stunning floral interpretations inspired by works from the museum’s permanent collection and current exhibits. 

Take in the array of antiques and vintage collectibles offered by highly respected dealers, as well as a variety of lifestyle and hostess items from local vendors in our Boutique. 

Special events and daily show features include a First-Look Preview Party, Guest Speakers & Book Signings, Floral Interpretations, Antiques Dealers, Mystery Home Tour, Workshops, Tables in Bloom, Appraisals, Blossoms & Blooms, and finish your day with High Tea and desserts in our 101 Café, all which enhance this three-day occasion.

Guests will enjoy an evening of Southern Charm as we welcome the return of Art in Bloom, where flowers and art meet, creating amazing and awe-inspiring displays of floral interpretations of the various art installations throughout the museum. Enjoy the Southern culinary styling of John Michael Events, live music by Remedy Tree, fashion illustrations, our newly added beverage experience & more. Attire: Southern Charm

Guest Speaker VIP Champagne Brunch featuring Celerie Kemble

9:00 - 10:00 am
Tickets: $150 per person
Enjoy a private reception with Celerie Kemble, interior designer and author. Her presentation will feature her latest book, Island Whimsy: Designing a Paradise by the Sea. 
Afterwards, please join us for a presentation and book signing by the author. You'll have the opportunity to purchase her book at the event, the cost will be $60.
This event is separate from general admission.

Guest Speaker and Book Signing featuring Celerie Kemble
10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Tickets: $55 per person
Please join us to hear a presentation by Celerie Kemble featuring her book, Island Whimsy: Designing a Paradise by the Sea

Special Appearance by Elizabeth Locke
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Please join us for a presentation followed by meet and greet with jewelry designer Elizabeth Locke.

Mystery Home Tours

Four tours starting at 10:30 a.m.
Tickets: $55 per person
Join us for a 60-minute tour of a local tastemaker's home. Travel from Orlando Museum of Art by bus to a nearby neighborhood. The location will only be revealed when you arrive at Art in Bloom's Mystery Home. This event is very popular, has limited availability and will sell out quickly! Please note: The mystery home is a multi-level home with stairs. Please wear comfortable shoes. 
This event is separate from general admission.

Appraisals
12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Tickets: $20 per item (Limit of two items)
What's it worth? Bring an item to be appraised!
General admission is required for entry to this event.

Pinot, Palettes and Petals
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Tickets: $60 per person
Join us for an afternoon of curated wines inspired by three captivating art pieces from Art in Bloom and their floral interpretations. Hear from Orlando's esteemed sommelier, Kyle Ridington, proprietor of Winter Park’s own Modest Wine, alongside OMA Docent, Dr. Haley Winston, as they connect each wine to the artistic counterparts. Your VIP experience includes after hours admission to Art in Bloom. Event will be held in the Cafe and include lights bites.

Sunday, April 7, 2024: Family Day
Tea in Bloom
Sip, savor & delight in Orlando’s most artful tea party! Tea in Bloom will feature a selection of teas, light bites and sandwiches, and Council of 101 signature scones! The afternoon tea includes a glass of bubbly! Tea Chic attire encouraged. Each event has limited seating. 
General admission is included with the purchase of this special event ticket.
Morning Tea (Family friendly for ages 4 and up)

Adults: $55 per person
Children Ages 0-12: $45
Afternoon Tea
2:30 - 4:00 pm
Adults: $60 per person, includes a glass of premium champagne

Blooming Kids Activities

The Council of 101 was established in 1965 to further the cultural development and education of the visual arts in Central Florida, in accordance with the mission of the OMA. The Council of 101 has been instrumental in giving the museum more than $14 million since 1965. Art in Bloom is one of our primary fundraising activities, along with the Festival of Trees and the Corporate Lease Art Program.
