This exhibition will highlight the long-term loan and generous gift of over 50 photographs from the Karen and Frederick Dawson collection of Life photography over the years. Featuring works by Carl Mydans, Margaret Bourke-White, Alfred Eisenstaedt, and Andreas Feininger among others, the work bear witness to early twentieth century ways of life, modes of transportation and customs. The OMA is grateful to Karen and Frederick Dawson for their gift of this collection of photographs.
