For over 35 years, Council of 101 has presented a springtime fundraiser to benefit the Orlando Museum of Art. Art in Bloom: Festival of Fine Arts and Flowers has been the focus for the last several years. This season’s event showcases over 23 handmade floral arrangements, all inspired by works of art and crafted by local designers; well curated antique vendors; What’s it Worth appraisals; an outdoor market, tables in bloom; a fine arts auction, presenting the chance to bid online or in person; and much more.

An evening escape inspired by chic 1960s Palm Springs. Sway to the sounds of Sinatra, stroll through the galleries while sipping specialty cocktails and be the first cool cats to preview the 2022 Art in Bloom floral interpretations and over 100 original floral and other paintings in our Silent Art Auction. Enjoy a live fashion sketch experience, and more!

Be one of the lucky guests to mix and mingle with Danielle Rollins, tastemaker, trendsetter and author. Enjoy little bites and libations before her lecture on Gracious Living and Stylish Entertaining. Have an opportunity to purchase her book, A Home for All Seasons, and have it signed by Danielle. Tickets: $45 per person
Transported by bus from the Orlando Museum of Art to an undisclosed home for a tour of beautiful antiques and special home features. Limited availability and these events are sure to sell out quickly.
Antique Dealers offering an array of fine quality antique furniture, paintings, jewelry, oriental rugs, porcelain, silver and vintage collectibles will highlight this year’s Art in Bloom.
Fine Art Silent Auction: Over 100 floral and other original paintings by some of the finest artists in Central Florida are available for purchase in our Silent Art Auction. selections! Dessert and beverages are available 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
Outdoor Market returns on the patio of the Orlando Museum of Art, offering an outdoor shopping experience. Enjoy some gelato and a bit to eat while perusing the fabulous gifts for sale, from handcrafted bags and scarves to local artisan roasted coffees, fresh pies and cakes, gourmet spreads and handmade trinket dishes made from shells. You can also shop the orchids! You don’t need a ticket to this event.
What’s It Worth - Appraisal Days
Saturday and Sunday, March 26-27
12 p.m. – 2 p.m.
Do you have a family heirloom or interesting find? Antiques Expert and Show Manager, Charlie Miller will provide a verbal professional appraisal of your treasures. The fee is $10 per item with a limit of two items with paid show admission. Reservations begin at 11 a.m. both days and reservations are required.
Tables in Bloom Stroll through the museum’s Grand Gallery to see how a team of Orlando’s most exciting designers pay tribute to art through themed landscapes. Using the work of renowned artists to spur their imaginations, the designers will create their own masterpieces, reflecting mood and beauty of the art that inspired them.
Organization: Council of 101 and relies on the generous support of sponsors, entertainers, chefs, designers, decorators, vendors, and attendees who visit during this colorful springtime fundraiser and shop.
The Council of 101 was established in 1965 to further the cultural development and education of the visual arts in Central Florida, in accordance to the mission of the OMA. The Council of 101 has been instrumental in giving the museum in excess of $12 million since 1965.
