We are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. 

The museum is open for extended hours (10 am to 8 pm) on the third Thursday of every month for Access for All at OM°A. See our Access for All event page for dates and more information.

  • Ages 5 and Under: Free

Family Bundle! 2 Adults and up to 3 children: $45 (must be purchased at the front desk)

  • Active-Duty Military, Veterans and First Responders: Free with valid ID
  • Museums for All: $3 with a valid SNAP EBT Card and ID
  • Museums on Us: Bank of America or Merrill Lynch cardholders receive one free general admission every month on the first full weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Memberships

Become a member and enjoy year-round complimentary admission, discounts, and exclusive event access. Membership also grants entry to 100+ museums with SERM. 

Members of reciprocal access programs such as NARM, SERM, and ROAM can check in at the front desk to receive free entry to OM°A exhibitions.

Exclusive discounts are available for Seniors, Educators, Students, SNAP, and EBT.

Beyond the iconic attractions, the city offers a unique opportunity to explore world-class art, international cuisine, and scenic outdoor spaces in the heart of Central Florida.  This central location makes it easy to visit us from various parts of the city, including popular tourist destinations.

Directions

From Orlando International Airport: Take FL-528 W to I-4 E. Exit at Princeton St., turn right, and follow signs to Loch Haven Park. From Walt Disney World Resort: Take I-4 E to Exit 85 for Princeton St. Turn right and follow signs to Loch Haven Park.

Accessibility

At OM°A, we strive to make art accessible to everyone. We offer several services to ensure the accessibility of our museum and its collections. 

  • Wheelchair Accessibility: The museum has ramps and elevators at all entrances and throughout the building. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located in the main lobby.
  • Complimentary Wheelchairs: Mobility devices are available in the checkroom in the main lobby on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Service Animals: Registered service animals are welcome. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.
  • Assistive Listening Devices: These are available upon request at the front desk for lectures, tours, or individual use.

From parking and transportation to visitor policies, here are a few essential tips to ensure a smooth and pleasant museum experience. 

Parking and Transportation

Free parking is available in the lot adjacent to the museum, with designated spaces for buses and vans. Rideshare and taxi drop-offs are conveniently located at the museum entrance.

Photography and Videography

Non-flash photography is allowed for personal use, but please refrain from using flash or tripods. Please respect posted signage in galleries where no photography is permitted. The front desk associate or security can also help clarify which galleries allow photography. Selfie sticks, monopods, and video cameras are not allowed.

You must have an approved permit to schedule a photo shoot for posed portraiture. Please contact sstrazis@omart.org or call 407-896-4231 ext. 248.

Photography is allowed for personal, non-commercial use only. Photographs may not be published, sold, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner. The Orlando Museum of Art reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or withdraw permission to photograph on its premises or to reproduce images of objects in its collection(s).

Food and Drinks

While food and drinks are not allowed inside the galleries, you can enjoy a meal at the nearby cafes and restaurants in Loch Haven Park. Please note that food and beverages must be consumed outside the museum. There is a café in the museum during the Festival of Trees and Art in Bloom fundraisers.

Sketching in the Gallery

Visitors can sketch anytime in the galleries using only pencils. Drawing and sketching supplies will be available for artists of all ages during gallery group events on select dates. We welcome artists to find inspiration in our American, African and Contemporary collections and exhibits. Discover more about our current and upcoming exhibitions.

Strollers and Luggage

Strollers are permitted in the museum, and we offer special one-hour stroller tours for families. If you’re traveling with luggage, our front desk staff can assist with storage during your visit.

Visitor Policies

The Orlando Museum of Art ensures a safe, respectful environment by prohibiting behavior that endangers visitors, staff, or collections. Inappropriate conduct, unauthorized photography of staff, solicitation, disruptive activities, and smoking, including electronic cigarettes, are not allowed on museum property.
