Alex Konno – lede

Alex Konno’s paintings express a longing to reimagine the innocence and curiosity of childhood while confronting the uncertainties of our time. Drawing inspiration from children’s illustrated literature, folklore and contemporary graphics Konno creates memorable images that address such topics as climate change, ubiquitous technologies and spiritual journeys. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, this will be the artist’s first solo exhibition in the area.
