Come on an adventure at OM°A! Join us for a workshop that features a hands-on art activity in the studio followed by a visit to the gallery. Explore materials and techniques in a stimulating and inviting environment that fosters engagement and creativity for young children and their favorite grownup! Ideal for children ages 2-10.

One Adult and One Child, Non-members: $20.00

Make connections between illustrations and stories as you journey through the exhibition, Everyday People: The Art of James E. Ransome. Listen to music, while wiggling, giggling, and creating! Cut, glue, and stitch colorful paper and cloth to make unique wall quilts that tell the story of you.


  • Friday, May 13: Basquiat Bonanza!

Crowns, hats, cars, trucks, baseballs, and funny monsters –all these subjects and more make up the captivating work of Jean-Michel Basquiat. Be like Basquiat and have cardboard be your canvas! Use paints, markers, and oil pastels to design a mixed media work of art that represents the world around you.


Full refunds will be provided if a class does not meet minimum enrollment and is canceled. A refund equal to half of tuition paid will be provided for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the first day of the class.
