Join us for a fun night of art! Bring a date or come alone and meet new friends! Each exciting evening features a different theme. Work alongside an art teacher to create your own masterpiece! Class price includes all materials and an adult beverage.

January 22: Cubist Portraits with Damon DeWitt - SOLD OUT
Piece together your own Picasso-inspired portrait! You’ll learn tips for drawing in a cubist, geometric style. Bring a photograph from home to work from or choose from a selection of images provided.

February 19: The Altered Book with David Matteson
Break the library rules as we draw, paint, and collage into a printed book. We’ll also cover printmaking and transfer techniques easily replicable in your home studio. Participants are encouraged to bring a book to alter.

March 19: Circle Weaving for Beginners with Jackie Juaristi
Do you love fiber arts but don’t know where to begin? If you can tie a knot, you’re in! Learn how to create a simple, reproducible circular loom and master weaving in the round without needles! This workshop is for beginners to weaving, or those who would like to learn how to make a simple circular loom. Practice your weaving skills that you can take home with you to create other round weavings, or even rugs.

April 23: Narrative Collage with Anthony Mancuso
Learn to create visually cohesive collages in this evening workshop for adults. We will discuss how images and materials can be layered to create meaningful, personal stories. Each participant will create a collage on a wooden board suitable for framing. Materials will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own photographs, writing, or other paper ephemera to work with.

May 29: Macrame 101 with Macrame Momma
“Macramake” your very own wall hanging! Learn how to weave your fingers through three basic knots to sculpt beautiful, hand-knotted fiber art for your home. Class includes all materials and an illustrated take-home guide to help you practice what you learned.
