Group sizes vary depending on the tour selection. Check the booking forms for specific details.
Field trips can be scheduled on most days, excluding holiday closures, Festival of Trees, and other museum closure dates. For special arrangements on Mondays, please contact us directly.

Select Orange County Public Schools can visit free through United Arts of Central Florida. If your school is not eligible, costs are $10 per student.
One complimentary chaperone is allowed for every 10 students, with additional chaperones costing $14 each.
Funding may be available to support field trips for schools outside of Orange County. Contact us to explore your options.
OMA does not have indoor lunch facilities, but students are welcome to enjoy lunch outdoors in the scenic Loch Haven Park. Learn more on our About the Area page.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled field trip will result in forfeiting the deposit.
Field trips should be booked at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. Booking further in advance is recommended.
