Experience the magic of Afro-Peruvian music. From the lively rhythms of festejo and tondero to the enchanting melodies of landó and zamacueca, these musical genres are accompanied by dance and ritual traditions that tell stories of joy, sorrow, celebration, and longing. The soulful beats will transport you to the heart of Peruvian culture.

The esteemed Raymi Dance Company exists to present dance, music, theater and other cultural expressions of Perú. Raymi is led by Silvia Huddleston, an artistic folkloric teacher and graduate of the prestigious Jose Maria Arguedas National Folkloric School in Lima, Perú.

Johnny Mora, a Peruvian-born professional musician, is renowned for his exceptional talent and expertise in playing percussion instruments. With a passion for music that sparked at an early age, Mr. Mora's journey led him to become a member of the prestigious cultural group Perú Negro for over a decade, where he honed his skills and immersed himself in the rich musical traditions of Peru.
